FAQ's

Order Processing Time

Orders are processes as soon as possible after the order is placed.

  • During the week - allow up to 2 days.
  • During weekends, allow up to 3 days.
  • If the item is custom made, it will indicate production time on the item, then allow two additional days to process and ship order.

Note: If weather, disaster, or unforeseen delay, please know that we will do our best to satisfy our customers. In addition, order processing times are in addition-to, shipping company ship-times.

Shipping - USA, Canada, & Mexico

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Free standard shipping within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
  • "Standard Shipping" - delivery time is defined by the carriers estimates.
  • Generally 4 to 7 days. (usually faster)
  • Expedited Shipping - Calculated at check-out.

Note: We negotiated approximately a 30% discount on shipping fees using our affiliates contracted amount through large shipping carriers and USPS.

International Shipping

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION

  • International Shipping is not free.
  • You are responsible for paying local taxes and duties on your package. The courier will NOT release your package if these duties are not paid.
  • Packages that are not claimed are sent back to us in the USA. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs if this may incur.

Custom orders are FINAL SALE. Any additional costs to ship your order a second time will be your responsibility.

Note: shipping international is to costly for us to cover as a small business, however, we have worked with our affiliate to bring a 30% discount for International shipping which is passed on savings to you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Final Sale for all custom made products. The product tag/description will advise this.
  • Returns - We do accept returns up to 15 days after you received the item. Please reach out via email to obtain a Return Authorization first. sales@tripleseventreasures.com
  • Exchanges - This works the same as a return, you reach out via email and request a new product or new size, we will handle to new order for you and will send you a shipping label to return your product at our cost, the second item will follow our normal shipping guidelines.

Note: After one exchange, we are not able to provide free shipping for continued exchanges. We will cover one exchange. :)
